For the last 10 years I was working several full time jobs as an employee or contractor for a variety of companies mid-size to huge. I have experienced big design transformation of products, creation of new design languages and variety of design processes or design cultures.

I am using it today to advise individuals and companies with their products or design processes tailored to their particular needs and business goals. I will analyse your product and current design process. Based on that I can give you options what could be your next steps. You will choose the way you want to scale your products. Coaching and mentoring for a better wellbeing following your goals. My focus are IC and M roles, but I have worked with business owners, C-level employees as well. I am new to coaching, but I believe I have value to offer. I wish I had some mentor who was laid back, introverted as well. I wouldn't be able to trust to a tie, suit type of a mentor with cliche recommendations you can get everywhere today.
